Discussion of Ad Hoc Committee Recommendations Regarding Selection of Master <br />Developer <br />City Manager Jermanis provided a brief summary of the interview process for a master <br />developer of the Shoreline-Marina Area. The process included creation of an Ad Hoc <br />Committee, consisting of Councilmembers Prola and Starosciak. The Ad Hoc Committee, <br />along with City Manager Jermanis, Assistant City Manager Hollister, and Business <br />Development Manager Battenberg, interviewed two development teams. <br />Manager Battenberg provided background on the Ad Hoc Committees process and reviewed <br />the Ad Hoc Committee's report. She explained that of the five development teams <br />interviewed, one, Madison Marquette, withdrew from consideration. Staff provided a detailed <br />report to the Ad Hoc Committee including scores on the previously agreed upon evaluation <br />criteria.
