IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-006 RDA (1485/3022) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FORM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE SAN LEANDRO AUTO MALL DEALERS ASSOCIATION AND <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING OF AUTO MALL SIGNAGE <br />WHEREAS the San Leandro Auto Mall Dealers Association (SLAMDA) has proposed new <br />directory and identification signage on and adjacent to Marina Boulevard within the Alameda <br />County-City of San Leandro Project Area; and <br />WHEREAS the funding of capital improvements such as signage is an authorized use of the <br />2001 Joint Project Area Certificates of Participation; and <br />WHEREAS a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been drafted that provides for <br />SLAMDA to undertake the signage project and receive reimbursement of direct costs therein not to <br />exceed $33,300; and <br />WHEREAS the Agency Board is familiar with the MOU and the Executive Director has <br />recommended approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said funding of auto mall signage is hereby approved, and the Executive Director is <br />authorized to execute all necessary documents to complete the project. <br />
