IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-005 RDA (3107) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ENTER <br />INTO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />MAIN STREET PROPERTY SERVICES, INC. <br />FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A 2009-10 MARKETING PLAN <br />An Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Main Street <br />Property Services, Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Reed and passed and adopted this 2~d day of March, 2009, by the <br />following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (D) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: °K~ <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
