Proclamation Declaring April 1999 Fair Housing Month. <br />Neusa Pollard accepted the Fair Housing Month Proclamation. <br />B. Proclamation Recognizing March 29-April 4, 1999, as National Community <br />Development Week and Celebrating the 25'~ Anniversary of the Community <br />Development Block Grant. <br />Joann Oliver accepted the National Community Development Week Proclamation <br />and handed out commemorative cookies to the City Council. <br />C. Proclamation Declaring Apri17, 1999, Ribeirao Preto Day in San Leandro. <br />The Mayor Proclaimed April 7, 1999, as Ribeirao Preto Day in San Leandro in <br />commemoration of their visit to San Leandro this date. She invited the public to <br />attend a reception on Apri17, at 6:00 p.m., in the Gallery San Leandro at City Hall. <br />
