Presentation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 25'~ Anniversary <br />Commemorative Sweatshirts to City Council Members. <br />Joann Oliver presented sweatshirts to the Council commemorating the Community <br />Development Block Grant 25'~ Anniversary. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. <br />A. Matter of Proposed Adjustments in Fees and Charges for Services Provided by <br />City Departments and for Special Fees for Commercial Refuse Service. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Tim <br />Hansen, Finance Director, summarized the proposed fee increases. <br />
