Proclamation Declaring October 1999 as National Breast Cancer Awareness <br />Month and October 15, 1999, as National Mammography Day in San Leandro. <br />The Proclamation was accepted by Aleta Walker, Columbia Hospital. <br />B. Presentation by John Rusmisel, General Manager, Alameda County Mosquito <br />Abatement District, Update on Mosquito Abatement. <br />Ed Suchman, the City's Representative to the ACMAD, introduced John Rusmisel, <br />who gave an overview of the Mosquito Abatement Program. <br />
