T <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-001 (2865) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY <br />LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION, PROJECT <br />NO. 98-215-28-115, PACKAGE 15, COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Ceitronics, dated the 17th day of May 1999, <br />the San Leandro Community Library Center Seismic Retrofit, Renovation, and Expansion, <br />Project No. 98-215-28-115, Package 15, Communications Systems, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefare described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />prod ect. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />Introduced by Council Member cantos and passed and adopted <br />this 6th day of January 2003, by the following called vote: <br />
