IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-003 (1435/2955 ) <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES (WESTGATE <br />PARKWAY EXTENSION SOUTH TO WILLIAMS STREET AND WILLIAMS STREET <br />WIDENING FROM MERGED STREET TO WESTGATE PARKWAY) AND SETS THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR FEBRUARY 18, 2003 <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That it is the intention of the City Council to establish right-of--way lines for the extension <br />of Westgate Parkway south to Williams Street and to widen Williams Street from Merced Street <br />to Westgate Parkway, in the City of San Leandro, all as more particularly set forth on that certain <br />map entitled "WESTGATE PARKWAY EXTENSION/WILLIAMS STREET; RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY LINES" dated November 19, 2002, and filed in the office of the City Clerk; said rnap is <br />incorporated herein by reference, and all interested parties are referred to said map for a full and <br />detailed description of such proposed right-of--way lines. These proceedings are taken pursuant <br />to the provisions of Chapter 7, Title 7 of the San Leandro Municipal Code as of 2002. <br />The San Leandro Planning Commission in its November 19, 2002 meeting found the <br />proposedright-of--way lines to be in conformance with the General Plan and recommended <br />approval. <br />Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, February 18, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of the proposed right- <br />of-way lines may appear before said Council and show cause why the establishment of said <br />right-of--way lines should not be ordered. Objections to the establishment of the proposed right- <br />of-way lines maybe filed in writing with the City Clerk at any time not later than the hour set for <br />
