IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2003-003 (1435/2955 ) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES (WESTGATE PARKWAY EXTENSION SOUTH TO WILLIAMS STREET AND WILLIAMS STREET WIDENING FROM MERGED STREET TO WESTGATE PARKWAY) AND SETS THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR FEBRUARY 18, 2003 The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That it is the intention of the City Council to establish right-of--way lines for the extension of Westgate Parkway south to Williams Street and to widen Williams Street from Merced Street to Westgate Parkway, in the City of San Leandro, all as more particularly set forth on that certain map entitled "WESTGATE PARKWAY EXTENSION/WILLIAMS STREET; RIGHT-OF- WAY LINES" dated November 19, 2002, and filed in the office of the City Clerk; said rnap is incorporated herein by reference, and all interested parties are referred to said map for a full and detailed description of such proposed right-of--way lines. These proceedings are taken pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 7, Title 7 of the San Leandro Municipal Code as of 2002. The San Leandro Planning Commission in its November 19, 2002 meeting found the proposedright-of--way lines to be in conformance with the General Plan and recommended approval. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, February 18, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of the proposed right- of-way lines may appear before said Council and show cause why the establishment of said right-of--way lines should not be ordered.
