IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRDO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- olo (2914) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE ADVANCED TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br />SYSTEM, PHASE III AND IV, SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD AND MARINA <br />BOULEVARD SIGNAL INTERCONNECT AND CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV), <br />HESPERIAN BOULEVARD SIGNAL INTERCONNECT AND CCTV, BANCROFT <br />AVENUE SIGNAL INTERCONNECT AND CCTV, PROJECT NO. 01-230-38-221 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Steiny and Company, Inc., dated December <br />17, 2001, Advanced Traffic Signal System, Phase III And IV, San Leandro Boulevard and <br />Marina Boulevard Signal Interconnect and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Hesperian <br />Boulevard Signal Interconnect and CCTV, Bancroft Avenue Signal Interconnect and CCTV, <br />Project No. 01-230-38-221, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofare given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />
