.~ <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2002-9 (2866) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR SAN LEANDRO COIvIMUNITY <br />LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, RENOVATION AND EXPANSION, <br />PACKAGE N0.23, TOILET PARTITIONS AND ACCESSORIES, <br />PROJECT NO. 98-215-28-115 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Service Metal Pxoducts, Inc., dated July <br />19, 1999, San Leandro Community Library Center Seismic Retrofit, Renovation and <br />Expansion, Package No. 23, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Project No. 98-215-28-115, <br />has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />therefore and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he <br />therefore recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />
