That on or about the 21St day of December 2009, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with RP ENGINEERING, 2 N. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 3rd day of May 2010. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the Pedestrian Improvements -Sidewalk 2009-2010 and Project No. 09-150-36-289 project is that of owner of public improvements within city public right of way and public right of way owned by the State of California.
