Addendum I <br /> Capital Improvement Loan Agreement <br /> • <br /> This Addendum 1 amends the Capital Improvement Loan Agreement between the City of San Leandro <br /> ( "City ") and Comerstone Community Development Corporation ( "Participant ") dated July 1, 2008 to indicate <br /> changes in the Scope of Work and a revised Budget for the Participant's Rehabilitation Project at its "Sister <br /> • <br /> Me Home" facility. <br /> The Participants project originally proposed to use its CDBG funds for the following: <br /> ACTIVITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Downstairs Bathroom - ADA accessibility • Remove bathtub; replace with ADA shower facilities <br /> • Replace sink for wheelchair access <br /> • Replace floor <br /> • Repaint bathroom <br /> Upstairs Bathroom • Replace shower with a bathtub & shower <br /> • Repair water damage & remove existing mold <br /> • Replace tile with ceramic floor <br /> • Replace countertops & cabinetry <br /> HVAC System Repairs • Repair heater vent ducting <br /> • Repair/replace heater exchanger <br /> • Re- secure heating ducts <br /> • <br />
