Addendum 1
CDBG Subrecipient Agreement
This Addendum 1 amends the Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreement between the
City of San Leandro ( "City ") and Gids Incorporated of Alameda County ( "Participant ") dated July 1, 2010 to
indicate changes to the Scope of Work and a revised Budget for the Participant's Pathways Counseling
Center's Family Strengthening Program.
•
Participant requested to modify its originally proposed Scope of Work and Budget. Due to its funding
amount, which is lower than previous years' allocations, Participant anticipates that it will serve fewer
clients than initially projected. Participant also revises its original Budget in order to more accurately reflect
personnel whose time allocation will be funded by the CDBG funds,
Upon review the City formally approves the Participants revised Scope of Work and Budget.
CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
'i 3 Date: 8/27//D
Stephen L. Hollister
City Manager
•
