IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -008 RDA <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> LEANDRO ADOPTING THE 2010 -2014 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro ( "Agency ") is <br /> required by Section 33490 of the California Health & Safety Code to prepare an Implementation <br /> Plan (`'Plan') containing the specific goals and objectives of the Agency for its project areas and <br /> affordable housing, including specific programs, potential projects, and estimated expenditures <br /> proposed to be made during the following five years; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency is required to conduct a public hearing and hear testimony of <br /> all interested parties for the purpose of reviewing the Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency is familiar with the Plan, and desires to hold the public hearing; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director has recommended approval of the Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the 2010 -2014 Implementation Plan is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> Introduced by Agency Member Starosciak and passed and adopted this 20th day of <br /> September, 2010, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Agency Board: <br /> AYES: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> , (0) <br /> ATTEST: Il ✓ 01Ate(;'lrl ��I �L-- <br /> Marian 1-landa, Agency Secretary <br />
