Roll Call <br /> PRESENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> B. Announcements <br /> None. <br /> 2. BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> A. Meeting with Federal Government Liaison Len Simon to Discuss Funding <br /> Opportunities for City Projects and Programs. <br /> Len Simon, the City's Federal Affairs Representative, discussed with the City Council <br /> his firm's role; past efforts and successes in obtaining federal support and assistance for <br /> City projects; and strategies for meeting with legislative representatives and their staffs <br /> and other federal officials during the National League of Cities' Washington, D.C. <br /> Conference in March. <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Public Comments may be limited to 3 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br /> Mayor. The public is invited to make any comments related to Agenda items, or other items <br /> of public interest at this time. <br />
