CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:06 a.m. <br /> A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> Mayor Cassidy led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> B. Roll Call <br /> PRESENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> C. Announcements <br /> None. <br /> 2. RETREAT TOPICS <br /> • Welcome and Opening Comments <br /> City Manager Steve Hollister welcomed the Council to the retreat and provided an overview <br /> of the agenda. He stated that the Council would be reviewing the next fiscal year budget <br /> assumptions and developing goals for FY 2011 -12. He mentioned that the Department Head <br /> members were going to provide an overview of strategic priorities being developed for the <br /> organization. He introduced Roberta Streimer, who would be serving as the facilitator for the <br /> retreat. <br /> • Team Building Discussion <br /> Ms. Streimer introduced herself and her background in facilitation.
