IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -008 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> CODE RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> WHEREAS, the San Leandro Administrative Code is a codification of policies and <br /> practices of the City of San Leandro; and <br /> WHEREAS, Title 10 of the Administrative Code, related to Human Resources, requires <br /> an update to reflect current policies and practices. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of San Leandro does hereby resolve as <br /> follows: <br /> That Title 10, Chapter 1- Deferred Compensation Plan, of the San Leandro Administrative <br /> Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> That Title 10, Chapter 7- Employment of Relatives, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby adopted. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 6th day of February, <br /> 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: J§Jaikk, <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
