ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Corbett <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. The public is <br /> invited to make any comments related to Agenda items or other items <br /> of public interest at this time. Comments regarding Public Hearing <br /> items will be heard during the Public Hearing portion of the Agenda. <br /> A. Martin Francis, 964 Dowling Boulevard, requested that the City <br /> Council approve the display of the American, California, and San <br /> Leandro flags from the railing in the lobby of the north wing of <br /> City Hall . The City Council concurred that the display of flags <br /> is important and directed staff to work with Mr. Francis <br /> regarding locations. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Matter of Proposed Increases in Fees and Charges for Services <br /> Provided by City Departments, Fees and Charges for Sewer Service, <br /> Fees and Charges for Services Provided by the Building Regulations <br /> Division of the Development Services Department, and Development <br /> Fees for Street Improvements Schedule. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, John Jermanis, Finance Director, gave the staff report. <br /> He provided the City Council with three additional pages for the <br /> Marina Community Center fees which had been left out of the <br /> Resolution. He said the City Council was already familiar with <br /> the information in these pages and it had already been made public <br /> over the last several months. He said the fee review process <br /> began in February with City Council Finance Committee meetings and <br /> continued over several months. He reviewed the highlights of the <br /> proposed fee adjustments and said no written or verbal comments <br /> had been received. <br />
