ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Corbett <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> A. Resolution of Commendation Recognizing the Contributions of Michael <br /> Pretto, Planning Commission Member, District 1 . <br /> Mr. Pretto was unable to attend the meeting. The City Clerk read the <br /> Resolution. The City Council thanked Mr. Pretto for his outstanding <br /> work and service to the City. <br /> B. Drawing for the Curbside Recycling Survey Contest Winners (five <br /> recycling cart carriers to be given away) . <br /> Judy Lieberman, Recycling Coordinator, discussed the City's recycling <br /> program and questionnaire. The City Council drew the names of six <br /> individuals to be awarded recycling containers: Diane Keller, Virginia <br /> Theisen, Diana Donner, Erik Edin, Roy Danielson, and Herbert C. Berg. <br />
