MINUTES <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> APRIL 19, 1994 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in Special Session in the City <br /> Council Chamber of the City Hall on the above date at 6:30 p.m. The meeting was <br /> opened with the pledge of allegiance to the flag of our country, Mayor Faria <br /> presiding. <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-65 (1055) <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF <br /> GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD <br /> TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 1994 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Nahm and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> SWEARING-IN CEREMONIES <br /> BOARD OF EDUCATION <br /> Judge Robert Kurtz administered the Oath of Office to the Board of Education <br /> Members-Elect: <br /> Bill Stephens, Trustee Area 2 <br /> Joyce A. Rutledge, Trustee Area 4 <br /> Glenda Nardine, Trustee Area 6 <br /> School Board Member-Elect Bill Stephens thanked everyone for allowing him this <br /> opportunity to serve. He said the next four years will be very exciting. <br />
