MINUTES <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> • <br /> APRIL 21, 1992 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in Special Session in the City <br /> Council Chamber of the City Hall on the above date at 6:30 p.m. The meeting was <br /> opened with the pledge of allegiance to the flag of our country, Mayor Karp <br /> presiding. <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-102 (1055) <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF <br /> GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD <br /> TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 1992 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Glaze who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Santos and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSTAIN: Council Member Perry ( 1 ) <br /> • <br /> SWEARING-IN CEREMONIES <br /> Mayor Karp introduced Judge Peggy Hora of the Hayward-San Leandro Municipal <br /> Court, who conducted the swearing-in ceremonies. <br /> BOARD OF EDUCATION <br /> Judge Hora swore in the Board of Education Members: <br /> Esther L. Holcomb, Trustee Area 1 <br /> Janet Plankenhorn, Trustee Area 3 <br /> Lois M. McDonald, Trustee Area 5 <br /> Wallace F. McPhee, Trustee At-Large <br /> The Board Members thanked their families, friends and supporters, and expressed <br /> appreciation to the community. <br />
