IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-001 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE OF AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE <br /> REPLACEMENT MOBILE HOSTAGE NEGOTIATIONS TEAM <br /> OPERATION COMMAND VEHICLE FROM $60,000 TO $71,000 FROM THE <br /> STATE SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL FUND <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council recognizes that additional funding is necessary to properly <br /> equip the Mobile Hostage Negotiations Team Operation Command Vehicle. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that an <br /> additional appropriation of$11,000 from 150-21-011-7410 (State Supplemental Law <br /> Enforcement Special Fund), is hereby authorized for the additional cost to outfit the Mobile <br /> Hostage Negotiations Team Operation Command Vehicle. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Lee and passed and adopted this 5th day of January, 2015, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: (0) <br /> ATTEST: 1UL/L(C{ 1i1cPC11/tk- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
