IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-007 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> TOWILL, INC. FOR SURVEYING SERVICES ON THE <br /> WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT ASPHALT REPLACEMENT PROJECT, <br /> PROJECT 2015.0260, IN THE AMOUNT OF $86,062 TO BE FUNDED BY <br /> WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT ENTERPRISE FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Towill, Inc., a copy of <br /> which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized; and <br /> That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve individual <br /> change orders up to a maximum of$8,606, which is 10% of the original contract amount, each; <br /> and <br /> That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve cumulative <br /> change orders up to a maximum of$21,515, which is 25% of the original contract amount. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 19th day of January, <br /> 2016, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Cutter (1) <br /> ATTEST: .� r ,� <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
