IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-010 <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION OF A 14% CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER <br /> ($5,961.98) FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH A GOOD SIGN & GRAPHICS <br /> COMPANY FOR THE DOWNTOWN GARAGE PARKING SIGN PROJECT, <br /> PROJECT NO. 2013.0341 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of San Leandro did, on June 2, 2014, award a construction contract <br /> to A Good Sign& Graphics Company for the Downtown Garage Parking Sign Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the cost to complete the work will exceed the originally approved contract <br /> amount; and <br /> WHEREAS, the project budget is sufficient to accommodate the increased cost. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> A Contract Change Order of 14% ($5,961.98) is authorized for the Downtown Garage <br /> Parking Sign Project, Project No. 2013.0341. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1st day of February, <br /> 2016, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
