IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-015 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> THE SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (SLCEA), LOCAL 21 IFPTE <br /> FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2016 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2020 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San <br /> Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees' Association(SLCEA), Local 21 IFPTE; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and the Salary Schedules <br /> attached as Appendix A, between the City and the SLCEA/Local 21, for the period January 1, <br /> 2016 through December 31, 2020,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said MOU and Salary Schedules are hereby approved; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said MOU and make non- <br /> substantive revisions subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br /> 3.
