IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 72 (2811) <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br /> THE HERON BAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-3 <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS an Agreement between the City of San Leandro, ROBERTS <br /> LANDING INC. dba CITATION HOMES CENTRAL, A CALIFORNIA <br /> CORPORATION, AND SANTA CLARA LAND TITLE COMPANY, was approved by <br /> this Council at its regular meeting of April 15, 1996, City Council Resolution No. 96-56; <br /> and further <br /> WHEREAS said Agreement constitutes a petition of the property owner to <br /> establish a Maintenance Assessment District to construct, install, purchase and maintain <br /> various public improvements which specifically benefit the Heron Bay development, <br /> formerly known as the Roberts Landing Development. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> A. That the City Council hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of <br /> Title II, Chapter 5, of the San Leandro Municipal Code. <br /> B. That the City Council hereby states its intent to establish a maintenance <br /> assessment district for the Heron Bay development, said maintenance assessment district <br /> to be known and designated as the "Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, <br /> Assessment District No. 96-3." <br />
