IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-008 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATED CITY OF SAN LEANDRO SEWER <br />SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />WHEREAS, an updated Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP), a copy of which is <br />attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board requires City Council approval of <br />the SSMP update; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said SSMP. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said document is hereby approved and certification by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember Hernandez, passed and <br />adopted this 17th day of January 2017, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Cutter (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />fy- <br />Tatvnika G eenwood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO.2017-008 <br />
