Staff <br />selected LAZ Parking that proposes the following annual costs: <br />1.Fiscal Year 2022-2023:$444,343 <br />2.Fiscal Year 2023-2024:$418,500 <br />3.Fiscal Year 2024-2025:$418,500 <br />Total:$1,281,343 <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution to approve and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute a Consulting Services Agreement with LAZ Parking for parking enforcement <br />services through June 30, 2025 for a Total Not to Exceed Amount of $1,281,343.00 . <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City of San Leandro completed a Downtown Parking Management Plan (DPMP) to guide <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/13/2022
