IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 11 (2690/ 1009 ) <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS AND APPROVING A VESTING TENTATIVE <br />MAP FOR PD-91-3 PDP FOR ROBERTS LANDING PHASE 3 WITH THE <br />CONDITIONS PROVIDED <br />(Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 6810, Roberts Landing, Phase 3) <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to the Planning Commission, a tentative map entitled "Vesting <br />Tentative Map, Roberts Landing, San Leandro, California, Tract 6810." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; <br />and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act upon completion <br />of the conditions of approval listed in the document entitled "City Engineer's Report and <br />Conditions of Approval for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6810 Robert's Landing, Phase 3." <br />On December 14, 1995, the Planning Commission considered and recommended <br />approval of the Vesting Tentative Map. <br />The City Council has certified as adequate the Final Supplemental Environmental <br />Impact Report for Phases 2A, 2B, and 3, including the Vesting Tentative Map for Phase 3. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the City Council makes the following findings: <br />FINDINGS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for its design and improvement, are as follows: <br />A. The proposed map is consistent with the General Plan, in that the project <br />provides for the establishment of adequate internal open space, quality <br />architecture and site plan aimed at attracting higher income individuals, the <br />provision of adequate infrastructure including, streets, storm drains, sanitary <br />sewers and utilities to serve the Phase 3 development, as well as future phases, <br />implementation of the mitigation measures identified in the GDP Environmental <br />Impact Report, the Supplemental Environmental Impact Reports for Phase 1 and <br />for Phases 2 and 3, the conditions of approval attached hereto, and the <br />requirements imposed by other governmental agencies will ensure that the <br />
