IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 6 (1219/ 1250 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) <br />PERMITTING CALTRANS TO CONSTRUCT SOUNDWALL MODIFICATIONS <br />RELATING TO WESTGATE PARKWAYIDAVIS STREET/I-880 INTERCHANGE <br />MODIFICATIONS <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and California Department of <br />Transportation, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the Interim City Manager <br />is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Galvan <br />February 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council - <br />and passed and adopted this 3rd day of <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (7) <br />NOES: None (0 ) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />Attest: <br />
