Resolution No. 2005-021, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with <br />The Phoenix Group to Complete Phase III of the Computer Automated Dispatch and <br />Records Management System (CAD/RMS) Replacement Project (provides support for <br />the acquisition, installation and ongoing maintenance of a new computer system to <br />replace the currrent dispatch and records system). Cost: $90,653. Funding: Municipal <br />lease to be completed after approval of contract with New World Systems. (2323) <br /> <br />C. Resolution No. 2005-022, Resolution Approving a Contractual Services Agreement <br />with New World Systems for the Purchase of an Integrated Justice Information System <br />(UIS) to Replace the Current Computer Automated Dispatch and Records Management <br />System (CAD/RMS) (provides for the acquisition, installation and ongoing <br />maintenance of a new computer system to replace the current dispatch and records <br />system). Cost: $2,009,812. Funding: Municipal least to be completed after approval of <br />subject contract. (2323) <br /> <br />D. Resolution of Award of Contract to Krama, Inc. for the Washington Manor Library, <br />Project No. 210-69-146, and Appropriation of Capital Improvement Program Reserve <br />Funds in the Amount of $1,620,000 (recommends award to the lowest bidder for bid <br />amount of $4,140,000). Bids opened February 24,2005. Funding: State of California <br />Library Grant and General Fund. (Moved to Item 9. Items Removed from Consent <br />Calendar.) (3014) <br /> <br />E. Resolution No. 2005-023, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with <br />Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. Relating to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Project <br />No. 593-52-209, (provides for preliminary design and consulting services for the subject <br />project). Cost: $171,024. Funding: Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Fund.(2323) <br /> <br />F. Resolution No. 2005-024, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with <br />RMA Engineering and Management, Inc. Relating to the Sanitary Sewer Asset <br />Management System, Project No. 593-52-212 (provides for computer software, <br />hardware, configuration, off-site data hosting, training and associated consulting <br />services for the subject project) Cost: $172,800.
