Minute Order No. 2005-024, Matter of Renominations of Board and Commission <br />Members (District 4). <br /> <br />Public Comments on 10.A.: <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council regarding his <br />issues with the board and commission nomination and appointment process. <br /> <br />End of Public Comments on Item 10.A. <br /> <br />The City Council approved the following renominations of board and commission <br />members for District 4: <br /> <br />. Renomination of Member to Board of Zoning Adjustments (District 4)-Frank <br />Sidari. (1019) <br /> <br />. Renomination of Member to Senior Commission (District 4)-Lucille <br />Nobriga. (2143) <br /> <br />M/S/C Starosciak and Santos. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />B. Presentation of Proposed Fiscal Year 2005-06 Budget. <br /> <br />(1051 ) <br /> <br />Due to the lateness of the hour, this item was continued to the City Council Work <br />Session on June 13,2005. <br /> <br />C. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br /> <br />City Attorney Williams reported that the City Council met in closed session earlier this <br />evening on the matter of McGhee v. City of San Leandro. Upon the recommendation of <br />the City Attorney to settle this litigation in the amount of $80,000, the Council voted to <br />approve the settlement by a vote of 7 -0. The City Attorney will proceed as directed and <br />effect the settlement. <br /> <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />A.
