Mr. Chan gave a short PowerPoint <br />presentation describing the fee adjustments proposed for adoption. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, <br />addressed the City Council, commenting that <br />it would be difficult for anyone to understand the action proposed to be taken based <br />solely on the information listed in the agenda.
