<br />MINUTES Page 8 <br />City of San Leandro City COWlcil and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting-April 3, 2006 <br /> <br />There was discussion regarding an email received by the Council from one of the CAC <br />members regarding the Existing Conditions Report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Santos asked what percentage of prior studies performed by the City <br />has actually been implemented. Mr. Jermanis described the process by which studies <br />are implemented and noted that implementation often evolves over an extended period <br />of time. <br /> <br />B. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />A. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />B. Reports on Conferences and Seminars <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />C. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1. City and San Leandro Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />March 23,2006. Accepted as submitted. <br /> <br />Councilmember Santos commented on the Update of San Leandro Unified School <br />District School Site Options regarding the Scott Mechanical site. The document <br />states, "The major constraint on this property is the ground water plume." <br />Councilmember Santos commented that he understood the plume ends at the west <br />side of the parking lot and does not extend into the Scott Mechanical building <br />property. Mr. Jermanis stated that he will have staff verify this information. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak requested details on the after-school programs offered <br />at Bancroft. <br /> <br />2. Facilities Committee Meeting of March 22, 2006. Accepted as amended. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak commented that during the meeting she had inquired <br />about a traffic signal at Eden and Doolittle but did not see a reference in the <br />meeting highlights.
