<br />.3 -28 Contractors are required to be actively involved with II 0 A's of nearby <br />buildings, when discussing development issues. <br />David Langon never called on our II 0 A to discuss his plans, he never <br />considered the negative impact his project ivould have on our building. <br />2.06 Density Transitions not followed. <br />2.08 Privacy and views - structures should be desig.ied in a manner that respects <br />privacy and preserves access to sunlight and panoramic or scenic views. (There is no dis- <br />tinction made between side and front views from a building, as ~vk Horn said there was <br />-- J..","". '">'" '>. <br />Vt'l ""."f .t.v.} <br />2.04, 2.05 & 3.03 These state that a development should blend in w1th the <br />existing fabric of the community and the development enhances rather than detracts from <br />the character of the surrounding neighborhood. They should be asthetically pleasing. <br />At the June g Planning Commission Meeting, Chair Kleebauer said the houses <br />were ugly and looked like tall posts with roofs on them. \Vhy then did she pass on tlIis <br />project and violate procedures by doing so. <br />At the June 22 Planr..ing Comnnssion meeting, Corr..issioner \Vol-Jtmanil said " IIe <br />does not believe the project as proposed meets the requirements of item 2 at Page 2 of <br />Sta..-Ts recommended Conditions and findings. IIe said he does not feel enoug.~ u..itigation <br />had been considered or implemented. I Ie said that residents of Garden Terrace reside in <br />San Leandro, have made substantial investments, and are taxpayers.
