<br />E. A range of energy conservation measures, such as use of energy- <br />conserving appliances and indoor and outdoor lighting, shall be <br />incorporated into the final building plans, to subst~tially reduce average <br />per capita daily consumption. <br /> <br />F. Developer shall pay its City development, permitting, and plan checking <br />fees in accordance with the fee schedules in effect at the time of the <br />approval of each final map for development. <br /> <br />G. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as <br />the Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br />XIII. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS (Agreed to by the applicant on August 16, <br />2006 and Added by City Staff for the City Council meeting of September 5, <br />2006) <br /> <br />A. The final building plans for building permits shall show the three homes <br />abutting the southerly property line shall maintain a 12.5 feet setback <br />from the property line shared with the Garden Terrace Condominium. <br /> <br />B. Obscured (frosted) glass shall be used for the second-story and third-story <br />windows of each unit abutting the southerly property line in order to <br />provide additional privacy to the adjacent property to the south. <br /> <br />C. The final building plans for building permits shall show trellis features <br />over the rear of the buildings abutting the southerly property line to <br />minimize views of the rear yards from the adjacent property to the south. <br />Final details and specifications shall be submitted with building permit <br />plans for the review and the approval of the Community Development <br />Director. <br /> <br />D. After completing construction of the on-site improvements and the <br />exterior of the homes on the property, the Garden Terrace Owners <br />Association may hire a cleaning service to clean windows of the north- <br />facing units and power-wash the north-side facing exterior wall of the <br />Garden Terrace building. The applicant shall reimburse the Garden <br />Terrace Owners Association of the fess to perform said cleaning services. <br /> <br />E.
