12.13 NOTICE <br />All notices, demands, requests, proposals, approvals, consents and other communications which this <br />Agreement requires, authorizes ar contemplates must, except as otherwise specifically provided, be in <br />writing and shall be effective when personally delivered to a representative of the parties at the address <br />below or three (3) days after deposited in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, addressed as <br />follows: <br />If to the City: City Manager <br />City of San Leandro <br />835 East 14'h Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />If to the Contractor: Alameda County Industries, Inc. <br />Attention: Robert J. Molinaro President <br />San Leandro, CA <br />The address to which communications may be delivered may be changed from time to time by a notice <br />given in accordance with this Article. <br />ARTICLE 13. MISCELLANEOUS AGREEMENTS <br />13.1 ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement, including the Exhibits, represents the full and entire Agreement between the parties with <br />respect to the matters covered herein. <br />13.2 SECTION HEADINGS <br />The article headings and sections headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and <br />are not intended to be used in the construction of this Agreement, nor to alter or affect any of its provisions. <br />13.3 REFERENCES TO LAWS <br />All references in this Agreement to laws shall be understood to include such laws as they may be <br />subsequently amended or recodified, unless otherwise specifically provided. <br />13.4 REFERENCE TO DAYS <br />All references to days herein are to calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, except as <br />r:~~a~~~,~w~,~.~a ovoiioo Page 5b of 59 <br />
