Mr. Dobert, ACI's Chief Financial Officer, has over seven years of experience <br />in the solid waste industry. N.[r, Beasley, Operations Manager, has ld ycars of solid waste <br />industry experience and served as General Manager of San Leandro Disposal. and San Leandro <br />Recycling for 1. S years. Mr. Beasley provides continuity for operations during the transition to <br />new ownership. Mr. Pellegrini will manage the transition far the change in ownership of <br />operations, the integration of the former municipal service, and the changes in service specified <br />in the agreement.
