That the Public Utility Easement (PUE) is hereby accepted on behalf of the <br /> <br />public, subject to the improvement of said parcels in conformance with the approved Subdivision <br /> <br />Improvement Plans for Tract 7579. <br /> <br />C. That said Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute same on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />D.
