<br />J. Provide immediate assistance (within a day) with any other activities necessary to maintain <br />environmental health and safety for the City (e.g. representing the City during any health <br />and safety audits and investigations by a regulatory agency, assistance with serious <br />accident investigations, having subject specialists available immediately for safety issues <br />that arise). As needed I hourly rate <br /> <br />II. Plan Desian and Implementation: <br /> <br />The following outlines the safety services to be performed by Du-AIl Safety for the City of San <br />Leandro during the contract period and include service hour estimates. <br /> <br />Item <br /> <br />Time Estimate <br /> <br />Part One: Immediately Needed Written Programs & Safety Training: <br /> <br />A. Fall Protection Program: 24 hours <br />8, CCR, 3210-3215 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements. Time will be spent assessing <br />fall protection hazards that employees are exposed, recommending engineering and <br />administrative controls as well as specific fall protection equipment and applications. This <br />program will also include job-specific safe practices for other potential employee groups <br />that trigger the requirement. <br />. Employee Training on Fall Protection for targeted employee groups: 24 hours <br /> <br />B. Emergency Action Plan (EAP): 32 hours <br />8, CCR, 11 3220 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements and includes all required <br />provisions of the EAP including updates to site and facility maps (needed to develop <br />evacuation assembly areas, identify gas, water, electrical mains, etc.). Also included is an <br />employee's guide to emergency situations, and City-specific emergency flip-charts for <br />posting at each major employee site. This also includes conducting and documenting an <br />evacuation drill for each major employee occupied building. <br />. Emergency Action Plan Training: <br />This class includes fire extinguisher training with a live fire. 18 hours <br /> <br />C. Bloodborne Pathogen I Infection Control Program: 14 hours <br />8, CCR, 11 3400 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements for Employees potentially <br />exposed to Bio-hazardous materials. This will include category assessment as well as <br />cover Bio.hazard waste disposal procedures as enforced by the County Health Dept. <br />.
