<br />D. Confined Space Program: 20 hours <br />8, CCR, ~ 5157 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements. This includes a site-specific <br />review of typical confined spaces within the City of San Leandro to determine if they are <br />permit-required or non-permit required confined spaces. This program will also include <br />rescue, air monitoring <br />procedures, and equipment recommendations. <br />. Employee Training /Confined Space Certification: 16 hours <br /> <br />E. Lockout / Tagout Program: 32 hours <br />8, CCR, ~ 3314 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements. This program will include a City <br />of San Leandro -specific list of equipment requiring Lockout! Tagout, found at the City of <br />San Leandro facilities, their location and specific lock and tag procedures to be followed for <br />each. Also included will be a City of San Leandro -specific device list and how and when to <br />apply each type of device. <br />. Employee Training on Lockout / Tagout: 12 hours <br /> <br />F. Hearing Conservation Program: 28 hours <br />8, CCR, ~ 5099 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements. This includes documenting the <br />required equipment -specific noise sampling in order to determine when and where <br />hearing protection is required as well as the specific type (noise reduction NR criteria) of <br />hearing protection to wear. The required annual employee hearing tests of affected <br />employees is not included, but can be arranged on site by Du~AII Safety at an additional <br />$20. Per person. <br />. Employee Training on the Hearing Conservation Program: 10 hours <br />(Estimate 35 hearing tests @ $20 each). <br /> <br />G. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Policy: 14 hours <br />8, CCR ~ 5144 <br />This written policy will meet all the regulatory requirements. This will include PPE <br />assessments of targeted work areas and jobs within the City of San Leandro operations. <br />This program will include recommendations on shop-specific PPE use & types. <br />. Employee Training on Personal Protective Equipment: 7 hours <br /> <br />H. Hazard Communication Program: 44 hours <br />8, CCR ~ 5194 <br />This written program will meet all regulatory requirements.
