On April 28, 2004 at the joint City Council and SLUSD Board of Trustees meeting, the City <br />Council directed staff to work with SLUSD to determine if the BMS field was a potential <br />joint use project <br />. At the September 28, 2004 joint City Council and SLUSD Board of Trustees meeting, staff <br />was directed to continue to work with SLUSD to jointly submit a grant application <br />. On November 1, 2004 by Resolution No. 2004-163, the City Council approved an MOU with <br />the SLUSD <br />.
