List and draft of specification sections <br />· Cost Estimate <br />· Selection of controlling materials; ie pipe types, tree and plant selections made, <br />building materials <br /> <br />2.08 Staff Review Meeting <br /> <br />The consultant will meet with City Staff to review the preliminary design (30% PSE). All Staff <br />review comments will be discussed. The consultant will prepare a meeting summary to document <br />all comments and direction by City Staff for subsequent project stages. <br /> <br />2.09 Quality Control, Project Management and Coordination <br /> <br />All design documents will be checked, revised, and back-checked prior to submittals to the City. <br />Project filing systems will be established and maintained. Coordination and management of <br />subconsultants will be maintained throughout the life of the project. <br /> <br />Phase 3.0 - Construction Documents <br /> <br />3.01 90% Submittal <br /> <br />The consultant will prepare a 90% complete set of construction Plans, Specifications, and <br />Construction Cost Estimates to include the following documents. All drawings will be in <br />AutoCAD format. At a minimum, this submittal should include: <br />. Full set of construction drawings, including all sheets, drawings, and details <br />. Technical Specification Sections <br />. Estimate of probable construction costs. <br />· Bid Form to match construction cost estimate format. <br />· Controlling design grades and conform areas <br />. Supplemental topo if needed <br />. Equipment list / cut sheets options equals, potential sole source items <br />· Source of unit prices <br />. Source of unit prices <br /> <br />3.02 Submittal- 90% Construction Documents <br /> <br />Three full size sets of hard-copy prints of plans, specifications, and estimates will be submitted to <br />City Staff for their review. <br /> <br />3.03 Staff Review Meeting <br /> <br />After Staff has had sufficient time to review the submittal, the consultant will meet with Staff to <br />review plan-check comments and desired modifications. <br /> <br />Bancroft Middle School Playfields <br />Project No. 210-38-257 <br /> <br />October 25, 2006 <br />Page 18 of24 <br />
