<br />be submitted to the City Engineer, for review and approval, prior to issuance of <br />the building permits. <br /> <br />H. Sewer cleanouts are to be provided at the property line. <br /> <br />1. The plans shall include interim erosion and sedimentation control measures to be <br />taken during the wet season. <br /> <br />J. The project shall not alter hillside drainage facilities and shall extend the existing <br />drainage ditch to capture storm runoff on the northern side of the property to <br />connect to the existing catch basin. <br /> <br />K. The applicant shall submit a Geotechnical Soil Report prior to issuance of a <br />grading permit to address the stability of the slope with the added fill and cutting <br />shown on the plans. A Geotechnical Engineer shall provide a thorough slope <br />stability analysis of the site. <br /> <br />L. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all contractors and subcontractors <br />are aware of and implement all storm water quality control measures. Failure to <br />comply with the approved construction Best Management Practices (BMPs) shall <br />result in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or a project stop work order. <br /> <br />M. No construction materials and/or equipment shall be stockpiled or parked within <br />the City right-of-way without the City Engineer's approval. <br /> <br />N. Construction activity shall not commence prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease by <br />7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and construction activity shall not commence <br />prior to &00 9:00 a.m. and shall cease by +;00 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and Saturday. <br />No such construction is permitted on Federal holidays or Sundays. As provided in <br />this City of San Leandro's Noise Ordinance (ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - 005), <br />"construction" shall mean any site preparation, assembly, erection, substantial <br />repair, alteration, demolition or similar action, for or on any private property, <br />public or private right-of-way, streets, structures, utilities, facilities, or other <br />similar property. Construction activities carried on in violation of this Article may <br />be enforced as provided in Section 4-11-1130, and may also be enforced by <br />issuance of a stop work order and/or revocation of any or all permits issued for <br />such construction activity. <br /> <br />v. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. All fencing and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound, graffiti- free <br />and well maintained at all times. <br /> <br />B.
