<br />C. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, all electrical or gas meters, utility <br />switch boxes, telephone interface cabinets, outdoor refuse, or other utility areas shall <br />be screened from view by a fence, wall or landscaping; details subject to approval of <br />the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />VI. MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and <br />weeds at all times. <br /> <br />B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and/or fences. The <br />developer and its successors in interest shall comply with the rules and regulations <br />of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a license and right of entry <br />as requested to enforce the terms of such program. <br /> <br />C. All landscaping improvements shall be maintained in a healthy, growing condition <br />at all times. Any trees by the sidewalks shall be maintained so as not to interfere <br />or obstruct the public right-of-way for pedestrians and vehicles. Landscaping in <br />the rear (northernmost) portion of the site shall be pruned on a regular basis to <br />prevent view blockage for adjacent neighbors to the north and shall not exceed 18 <br />feet in height. <br /> <br />D. Trash and recycle containers shall have designated areas, which shall be out of <br />public view, except on days that collection is required. <br /> <br />VII. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br /> <br />A. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise or safety hazards for adjacent <br />residents and properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto Darius Way from <br />the project site during construction. <br /> <br />B. Standard construction dust control procedures, such as wetting, daily roadwashing <br />and other maintenance functions to control emissions, shall be implemented at all <br />times during outdoor construction. Dust generating activities such as excavation, <br />paving etc., shall be scheduled the early morning and other hours when wind <br />speeds are low. <br /> <br />C. Procedures with the highest noise potential shall be scheduled for daylight hours, <br />when ambient noise levels are highest. <br /> <br />D.
