<br />ensure a reasonable phased implementation is utilized as allowed by <br />law. <br /> <br />6. Fire Complaints and Requests for Service <br /> <br />A. ACFD shall inform the City Manager or designee of any and all <br />complaints regarding the provision of services to the City by ACFD. <br /> <br />B. ACFD shall reasonably accommodate requests for service from <br />the community. Requests for service, which are not included within <br />the scope of this Agreement, shall be provided by ACFD subject to <br />mutual agreement by Fire Chief and City Manager. <br /> <br />C. ACFD will provide a high level of customer service to the City in <br />accordance with the City's established customer service practices. <br /> <br />7. Fire System PlanninQ <br /> <br />A. The Fire Chief will support the City in planning the extension of <br />fire services and facilities, as the City's needs change. <br /> <br />B. If the City requires additional and/or different contract services <br />to provide necessary fire and emergency services to the City, the Fire <br />Chief and City Manager will negotiate a mutually acceptable <br />amendment to this Agreement to provide such services which shall <br />become effective upon approval by the governing bodies of ACFD <br />and City. <br /> <br />C. This paragraph shall not apply to those services provided <br />under mutual aid, automatic and/or other interagency response <br />agreements. <br /> <br />8. Fees and Miscellaneous Revenue Collection <br /> <br />A. ACFD will assist the City in the development of an appropriate <br />fee schedule for fire services rendered in the City by ACFD. ACFD <br />will provide all documentation necessary to support the imposition of <br />fees by the City. <br /> <br />B. All fees and other revenues attributable to the provision of <br />services rendered by resources funded by this Agreement shall be the <br />property of the City. <br /> <br />Agreement Regarding Fire and Emergency <br />Response Services - San Leandro/Alameda County <br /> <br />Page 14 of24 <br />
