<br />EXHIBIT A-3 <br />TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY <br /> <br />The topographic survey shall be drafted in accordance with drafting/design requirements <br />in exhibit A-2. The survey shall be drafted in Autocad on the City's coordinate system. <br />Found monuments and property comers shall be shown on the survey. <br /> <br />The topographic survey shall show locations and elevations for all existing improvements <br />induding but not limited to signs, poles, trees, buildings, structures, walls, hydrants, <br />concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, manholes, inlets, fences, driveways, utility boxes, <br />curbs, gutters, valley gutters, and lane markings. It shall include underground pipe sizes <br />and inverts at inlets and manholes. Underground utilities shall be shown per record <br />drawings. High points, low points, and grade breaks shall be shown. Topo shall extend a <br />minimum of 10' beyond the limits of work. Fences shall be described by material and <br />height. Curbs, retaining walls, or other features that create a vertical offset shall have top <br />of feature and bottom of feature elevations shown (i.e. top of wall and bottom of wall). <br /> <br />Consultant shall obtain maps and records as required to show all utilities, easements, and <br />right of way lines on the topographic survey.
