<br />EXHIBIT A-2 <br />DETAILS OF DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro has a standard title block and standard size sheet (22"x34"). <br />The contractor shall use both for all sheets of the plans. <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro has a standard plan cover sheet. The contractor shall include it. <br /> <br />Standard plans that are referenced on this project shall be included on the plan sheets of <br />the construction documents. Standard details are available in .tif format on the City web <br />site; they shall be inserted into electronic drawing files and printed without changes. <br /> <br />Dimensions shall be buildable. Concrete shall not be dimensioned tighter than Y:z" in plan <br />and Y4" vertical. Structural wood including all stud walls shall not be dimensioned tighter <br />than'i4". Structural steel shall not be dimensioned tighter than 1/8". Finish work <br />excepted. <br /> <br />Details, plans, elevations, etc. shall be arranged and numbered on the sheets in a regular <br />consistent pattern. All sub-consultants shall make their work conform with the detail <br />numbering convention of the Consultant. <br /> <br />Specifications shall be written and printed with times new roman font at 11 point <br />minimum. Specifications shall be edited such that only materials, procedures, and <br />execution specific to this project are included. <br /> <br />Items to be precast or prefabricated shall be so noted on plans. Plans shall differentiate <br />between field welding and shop welding. <br /> <br />All plans shall be drafted in accordance with Consultant's CAD standards. Text shall not <br />be written over lines or other text. Existing items/work/features shall be clearly labeled <br />as such. Text shall plot at 3/32" tall minimum. Details shall not be called as similar <br />unless the actual detail clearly notes what occurs at the similar location. Details shall be <br />cut with the proper orientation. Details with reverse orientation shall be noted as OH <br />(opposite hand) on the drawings. Words shall be completely spelled out unless an <br />abbreviation is defined on the drawings. <br /> <br />Electronic file for specifications shall be provided in MSWord format. <br /> <br />Electronic files for drawings shall be provided in AutoCad (by Autodesk) format. <br /> <br />Electronic files for cost estimates shall be provided in MSExcel format. <br /> <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Irrigation <br />Project No. 593-52-219 <br /> <br />April 4, 2006 <br />Page 19 of22 <br />
