Council member <br />Badger commented on the quality of East Bay Paratransit's service. Ms. Oliver thanked <br />Councilmember Badger for his observation and noted that quality of service should be <br />an evaluation criterion Cor the shuttle program. <br /> <br />Mayor Young asked if the City Council could have a work session with East Bay <br />Paratransit and AC Transit to discuss paratransit service. Mayor Young asked if the <br />Flex and LINKS shuttle services could be combined. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant reported that at a special meeting of the ACAP Board, a <br />reorganization of stafT was announced which reduces several ACAP stafT positions <br />including the executive director and two program specialists. She noted it will greatly <br />impact local programs which receive funding from ACAP, including Davis Street <br />Family Resource Center and Building Futures for Women and Children. <br />
