Public Comments on Item 11.8.7.: Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council, commenting 011 the Mayor's Community Fund and Council suppOli for ballot measures. He suggested the Council adhere to the rules contained in the City Council Handbook for better public participation. Recommendation for City Council Consideration: a. Schedule for City Council consideration an amendment to the City Council Handbook to include a new section on the Mayor's Community Fund. It was the consensus of the City Council to schedule for consideration on a future agenda an amendment to the City Council Handbook to include a new section on the Mayor's Community Fund and to amend Title 1, Chapter 9 of the San Leandro Administrative Code relating to the Gifts, Donations, and Sponsorships Policy. b.
